Branches serves as a robust GEDCOM viewer and downloader for genealogy trees sourced from FamilySearch™.

Initially launched for the iPad, Branches has expanded its functionality to the iPhone, now offering a full suite of features tailored for mobile users.

This application allows users to carry their genealogy data with them and view family history with ease on their iPhone. Utilizing patented technology, Branches enables users to explore family history data, including photos, documents, stories, and various information simply by zooming in on their family tree.

Users can either upload their own GEDCOM files or conveniently download their genealogy information directly from FamilySearch™. For members of the LDS community, the app provides access to all ordinance data and facilitates automatic searches for uncompleted temple work among ancestors and their descendants.

Additionally, Branches supports the downloading of photos, stories, and documents (Memories) from FamilySearch™, enhancing the richness of the genealogical experience.
